Not their fault the West Indies did not show up really, and to be fair they did have to do something to win the match, they tied down the West Indies hitters and chased 300 pretty easily in which Stirling smashed their quicks all over the place.

They wouldn't win a game in the England group? They would be trashed by NZ, Aus and Lanka probably, but they have beaten Afghanistan quite a bit recently, defeated Bangladesh before this world cup, Scotland are no world beaters, although I couldn't ever see them beating England in a World Cup. Bangladesh are a level above there is no denying it.
Scots and Afghanistan would be a decent chance of beating them. Can't see Ireland getting close against Aus, NZ or SL.

That 6 would have made it an easy chase for zims they would havr needed about 8 an over with a bloke on 100 still in.

Yeah Bangla definite favourites if they were to play each other tomorrow, but not sure about a level up though, its close enough especially outside Asia. Its always a tough match up to gauge as they haven't played each other to much recently, but to be fair Ireland have beaten them a few times and should have beaten them in 2011 in the last World Cup, but KOB decided to do a tribute to Afridi just when they were cruising a chase..

They would be favs against Scotland and Afghanistan as well to be fair, not massive or anything, but you'd be betting Ireland if the bookies made the other 2 favs.

Yeah the Williams wicket was massive, but the number 11 did provide an awesome cameo, and to be fair the Irish fielding was LOL towards the end, the "kick" to run out Williams was horrible.

They'd be trashed by those three agreed, maybe Lanka would be somewhat vulnerable if they had a few lively bowlers but its a big if.

You're ****ing kidding me. A team who 10 years ago were playing minor counties and gets like 10 games every 4 years against full members with a only a couple of grand from the ICC and some pretty **** weather year round produces 3 wins at the world cup. Zimbabwe deserved to lose. They and Bangladesh refuse to play us because of their busy schedules, then complain when we win shocker.

They need to bat first against Pak IMO. Pak look a decent side defending a score, and with 2 wins defending on the trot I think they would prefer that.

Bat first, get 250-280, and bowl tightly and let them implode.
