Amazing the way England left him out and went for McCague instead in 94/95. Think he still got the best series figures for them despite missing the best bowling pitches.

Crikey, I've just looked at England's bowling figures. Wood must consider himself unlucky not to be playing ahead of most of those guys. And the pundits who thought that Broad and Anderson would run through the Aus batting line-up must have forgotten how they went four years ago, and that they're four years older now. Truly horrid figures.
