Doubt it would have happened before to Australia at least.

Australia has had 4 different captains in 4 consecutive tests before

Billy Murdoch, Tom Horan, Hugh Massie and Jack Blackham

This is terrible. Get on with it Harris, ffs. Your defense isn't up to it, have a crack and maybe contribute a bright 15 or so.
