I reckon they can reach the 120's or so, but being amateurs their control is off, and they might bowl a bit slower on purpose to retain better accuracy.

Nah you can get serious amateurs (thinking Sydney Grade here) operating in the 130s. If you're talking absolute crap park cricket standards, I reckon some can peak around 120km/h.
