I'm sure if you consult your spreadsheets they will tell you that if Morgan was still there at the end is strike rate would not be 57 FFS.
Obviously. It's your fault for taking my comment that seriously.

And can we stop talking about spreadsheets? Who uses those?

Who is the best non-Hales, Ravi or Ballance ODI batsman England have on the bench?

I don't really get why they don't choose a structure of cake | icing | cake | cake | cake | iced cake | iced cake

i.e. Not Bell | Moeen | Root | Taylor | New Batsman | Morgan | Buttler

Moeen being an allrounder opener and Morgan (in nick) and Buttler being two of the best finishers around should give England a big leg up but they suck.

Start the engine! Bumble at least calls a spade a spade. Remember how he once talked down Bopara because he just didn't make enough runs consistently when the whole England was clamouring behind Bopara.

That structure is exactly what England do but with Morgan and Taylor swapped (though arguably Taylor and Root are iced cake as well).

Warne is bad even for Australian standards. Guy constantly dominates the commentary, interrupts his partner, and doesn't make any sense most of the time.

Clearly trying the jinx.
nah, the jinx is me getting up and going to make a coffee / loo break..gotta keep teh voodoo for when its really necessary
Root is one who quitely goes about his business and the next time you look he is on 80 and Taylor's aggresive running really impressesme..

Yeah and it's stupid. Taylor isn't a #6 ffs and they're putting their out of nick best #6, arguably in the entire world when on song, at #5.

300 has been scored in the first innings 11 times but only been chased once. It's still a really good score. People like Bumble trying to argue 330 is par are just insane.
