reporting from my perch five minutes up the road from panthers stadium that the penrith fans and jerseys are out in full force, lovely time and place to be alive, whole city is buying in as usual and the atmosphere on the streets makes you feel like you’re a part of something bigger, even if you’re not a panthers fan yourself. the broncos are dead and rugby league is alive gents

10 hour shift today. In Newy, saw probably about 25 people wearing Panthers merch. And one poor bloke wearing Storm colours.
And about 50 people shirtless/in bikini tops. Was good weather apparently.

Firstly, I'd like to say commiserations to the other teams. It was a tough battle out there, and you put up a hell of a fight, but this year just wasn't your year. You've all been exceptional all season though, and I just want to say how much I respect you all as organisations.
