Yeah I rated Straker a bit higher too from what I saw. That makes a lot more sense. Must say I am kinda surprised Anderson is playing in the first place, probably looked the least interesting of the pacers from the last U19WC in my view at least. Seems like the NSW setup really do rate him though, he got a NSW contract where as Straker didn't, hence his move up to QLD
Yeah, looking at it that way I would agree I would rather see him get a dayboo than one of those two or whatever other largely unremarkable fringe guys (Hayden Kerr is another, if he even is still a thing in the first place) that are aroundYeah I rated Straker a bit higher too from what I saw.
Happy they've picked him here with Haze out instead of calling up someone like Sams or Dwashuis though.
Cribbinfo > CricinfoCricinfo and Fox Sports both think Anderson is going to bat ahead of Green. No way, surely? He didn't even bat ahead of MacMillan for Aus U19, I'd have assumed even Cummins would be ahead of him.
Haha he's literally going to bat eleven.Cricinfo and Fox Sports both think Anderson is going to bat ahead of Green. No way, surely? He didn't even bat ahead of MacMillan for Aus U19, I'd have assumed even Cummins would be ahead of him.
Think I remember the Vics bowling him for 10 straight up front onceO'Neill should definitely never be allowed to bowl at the death.
Scott Brant days.Think I remember the Vics bowling him for 10 straight up front once
Know Bird did that a few times back in Tasmania
On a flat wicket, with the (20 over old) white ball, he really can't be bowling at this stageThink I remember the Vics bowling him for 10 straight up front once
Know Bird did that a few times back in Tasmania
How convenient.Haha Labuschagne has stuffed up the overs count and Guthrie can only bowl 9 overs.
Labuschagne will have to bowl himself another over
"Accidental" I'm sureLabuschagne will have to bowl himself another over
Nine bowling options and two keepers isn't it?WA's eleven is eight serious bowling options and three keepers.
