2024–25 Australian Domestic Season

It will matter if Vics also win as they'll then be within 1 point of NSW for 2nd place (Vics got 0.85 batting points)

Neser has a not completely beyond the realms of possibility chance of getting all 10 here if he keeps bowling like this

EDIT: Owen holes out against Steketee, not to be in the end

Surprised Qld enforced the follow on. Could have given the bowers a rest and batted to 400 lead by lunch tomorrow

Patterson carries on his fantastic season now with 834 runs @ 75.82 from 8 games (2 100's, 5 50's)

Surely he must be close to making the WTC squad as one of the best #3?

Apparently Lance Morris is on a CA mandated restriction of only 25 overs per game and he's already bowled 18 overs

I'm wondering what WA is going to do in NSW 2nd innings with only 3 main bowlers?

WA vs NSW shaping up to be a great game with the winner going to 2nd on the table, while the loser could go as low as 5th (if both Vic and Qld win)

Vics with a massive collapse losing 5/20 in 8 overs

All up to Dixon now. They definitely could have used that extra bat rather than Harper and Elliott at 6-7

Harper would still play surely? One of the bowlers being left out in order to slot in a specialist bat at 6. Not sure who, haven't got a good enough idea of who is performing in Melbourne grade, but young Peake was the 12th man for this game so he is very much a possibility

Entertaining 76 from Harry Dixon wth 5 sixes (3 in 3 balls at the end). Put the Vics right back in it after their middle order collapse

Really close game with 285, 283 and 297

Well done Qld for a big win over Tasmania, meaning Qld for now are 2nd on the table.

But to stay there they need SA to beat the Vics (could go either way) and WA vs NSW to be a draw (which looks likely)

Not that there was much to learn at Galle, but Konstas still looks to have learned nothing in his quest to conquer spin.
