How come we just don't earn points for certain players bowling? Like 4 bowlers, 2 all rounders 5 batsman in squad (1 keeper)

Could do it that way. Some would argue that just about every NZ cricketer tries for some degree of all-rounder status and it's a part of the game here more than elsewhere, so why not let a part-timer's cherished wickets gain him some points.
