A lot of teams have been like that actually, Auckland included (I mean, losing to Tasman??). I'd love to claim I had some theory behind tipping Wellington to ebat Southland after their upset loss to the Turbos but I'd be lying if I said I did. ;)

Went to the King Country game up in Taupo yesterday. Disappointing performance.

Then on the way back to Wellington, I stopped in at FMG and watched Manawatu vs. Waikato. Well worth the admission money that one. Cruden played a blinder. But the amount of missed tackles from both sides was criminal.
