rana and shabbir certainly did ok in the recent series there, kaneiria certainly did well, so pakistan look like having a decent chance at this moment in time, will inzi still be around though ? he isnt getting any younger.

I still think Australia, England and WI are the teams with the best chance. Pakistan not too far behind. SA will just bottle it again, India are rubbish, SL are rubbish away from home and NZ don't rise for the right occasion - a bit like their rugby team.

And England do? When was the last time they even made the semi finals?

I struggle to see how England are a threat until they learn how to post a target.

This is the England side that was the only team to take anything off Australia in a final for 5-6 years.

So are you hoping for England to win the toss in all their key matches?

Now I'm getting confused in a big way here.

These are the cities being used for the tournament:

St Kitts & Nevis
Trinidad & Tobago
St. Lucia
Jamaica
Trinidad
Antigua & Barbuda
Grenada
Guyana Barbados

Now these don't in anyway seem to relate to the Grounds Liam has loaded into Cricket Web - http://www.cricketweb.net/country/grounds.php?CategoryIDAuto=16. None of the cities match up.

Am I missing something here?

Those are the countries I think. The matches are being played in cities within those countries, e.g. Kingston, Jamaica, or Port-of-Spain, Trinidad. :)

Actually the ground is called Warner Park, Basseterre, St Kitts, West Indies.

I suspect this is the ground where the World Cup will be played not the one in Molyneaux. :D

Cheers mate, just located that myself.

Obviously we are in fact missing some grounds in the West Indies section. Brian Lara Stadium is a new one currently being built as well.

Also, does Trinidad & Tobago = Trinidad or are they two seperate places?
I think Liam may be alluding to the fact that some games will be played in Trinidad and others in Tobago and as far as I know they are 2 islands that make up one country of Trinidad and Tobago.

So country name is Trinidad and Tobago but it has 2 islands 1Trinidad and 2Tobago.

Although most cricket is played at Port of Spain (Trinidad) and in the main island of Trinidad and in common parlance we refer to the country as Trinidad (although its actually Trinidad & Tobago) . :)

Cheers Jason, appreciate your help.

Couldn't the ICC have made it easier for myself and Cricket Web though and hosted the World Cup in a location with not many grounds??? :p ;)
