2006/07 Premier League Fantasy Comp

Sir Redman

State Vice-Captain
Ugh, absolutely shocking round for me so far, only 13 points leaving me way down in 17th just after I'd got back into the top 10. Oh well, I've got 3 Portsmouth players in my team and they're yet to play so hopefully I can pull a few places back.

I did, but there was only about a dozen teams last year. I'd take top six this year.

as would I, but the great start perhaps gives me a bit of hope for better things, long way to go yet though, wouldnt be surprised to finish a lot lower down, fingers crossed though.

That's the attitude to have when you're a CDMs supporter...

I've shot up from about 17-18 to 7th over the last two weeks, still have 4 players to play tomorrow (2 on each side), unless there's a scoring draw which my two midfielders do nowt in I'm going to score another 10-15 points probably.

& Just how many points clear of you did I finish last year, again? :p

It's very early to be so smug Scaly. Marathon not a sprint, son.

I hardly ever watch the Premiership (I watch MOTD on occasion and that's it) so when I finish above some football anoraks it'll be a bonus.

Yet you feel perfectly qualified to have a vendetta on Henry...

having shevchenko at all wont be aiding your cause much either i dont imagine.
Yeah, but I can't change him, I know if I do he'll get a hat-trick.

He'll remain captain until he breaks a leg, which wouldn't effect his point tally much at the moment.

I do however watch CL games, the World Cup and the FA Cup. Chief is barely noticed most of the time, will then miss a sitter and then some nugget commentator will go and say he's had a brilliant game...

I'm perfectly qualified to say he's a flat track bully based on those games, plus because of the position he plays in I can judge quite well from who he gets goals against and how many (ie stats) anyway.
