I'll balance it out a bit when the season starts and I have a better idea of the improvers.

Am fully expecting to be stuck somewhere near the bottom. Felt compelled to pick the only 2 Kiwis in the Premier League - would have picked Nelsen anyway but Elliott isn't likely to do much. Gets a few assists off free kicks though.

Anyway, just to clarify - your substitutes don't earn any points right? Since Nelsen and Elliott are injured at the moment and Keane's doubtful for the first game I've shoved them on the bench - so it shouldn't matter that they're injured anyway?

EDIT: Oh, and I did my best to come up with the most hideous uniform possible.

No, not as such. Although the site does have an automatic substitute feature where, if one of your selected 11 plays no part in that week's games, he'll be replaced by your first sub (which is why you have to select an order of priority for subs) & you'll then get points from him. If two miss out your first two subs are used & so on. It's fairly handy, actually.

7th place after the first week, happy with that, be glad if i can stay in that position for the rest of the season or thereabouts, got some charlton, man city and chelsea players to pick up points for me this afternoon.
