The Tiger King
I just meant that variations isn't the decisive factor in a bowler being better than anotherTahir's a good bowler though. I know it's difficult for people to come to terms with, but it is what it is.

I agree. Some wayward bowling in there as well.game slightly drifting, we need a wicket soon or else SA could take it away from us
Normally you get him for 0 or he makes a ton. Weird player.Expected Rossouw to give a chance or two by now..
He's also prone to random bits of insight I haven't considered though; Dravid hasn't really provided that so far in his commentary career. As I've got older I've been able to filter out stupid commentary as long as it's not repetitive; I'm just looking for how often someone says something that makes me reconsider my analysis of the game. Ganguly wins there.Yeah I like them both too. But Ganguly's prone to random moments of stupidity.
I agree. Some luck on their side.fmd Sa have been lucky today
He talked through that though.. it wasn't completely daft.Ganguly said he would bat parnell at 3. That immediately disqualifies him from any best Sc commentator ranking for at least 6 months.
That assumes that you get an equal number of short balls compared to full balls to **** up against. If they count for 5% of balls faced and 20% of dismissals...If ~20% of your dismissals are to the short ball, is that really your weakness?
Logic.. it's hard.
"I'm worried about his variations" and "I'm worried about him because he has variations" aren't the same thing.I just meant that variations isn't the decisive factor in a bowler being better than another
Yes it is. Parnell's rubbish. He talked through that though.. it wasn't completely daft.
Ganguly repeated his parnell at 3 point a lot that day. Which game was that? I don't even remember it and I haven't missed many games.Ganguly repeated his parnell at 3 point a lot that day. Was bruuuuuuuutal.
Maybe he hit his head that day
