A tailender can slog 16 off 8. It's 10 an over, nowt across 3-4 overs. A good over for England tilts things in their favour, a good over for Sri Lanka makes it 6-7 an over.

Like I said. Can slog a decent rate over a few balls. Different if you ask them to do it over 10 overs.
