    Ashes Draft

Had to pick between two and probably should have picked the englishman this time as he has much better Ashes stats but the Aussie gets in on captaincy, slip fielding and flat out bias. Ian Chappell 1. 2. Slater 3. I Chappell (c) 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. Hogg 11. McGrath (o)

74/75 - Lillee and Thommo at their best.

Wow! That is tempting...thought McGrath has more runs post 2000 so I think he is in better nick.

    Ashes Draft

I agree with this. '81 hands down especially since the other two are so close to the current series.

    Ashes Draft

Damn it!!! I am loathed to pick an Englishman, so I won't. Michael Slater. Really nothing in it between the best of what's left so I'll take the best to watch. Has 7 ashes hundreds so knows what its all about. Also averaged 49 against the two Ws which I was surprised about. 1. 2. Slater 3...

    Ashes Draft

I believe you pick on career performances, they only have to have played in the particular series.

The "Channel 9 Commentary Is Hurting Brain" Thread

Well it should be stickied so that nobody forgets. His commentating could be used by the military as a weapon - assuming it didn't get branded a war crime. This.

The "Channel 9 Commentary Is Hurting Brain" Thread

I skimmed through and was extremely dissapointed to note that no one dislikes Mark Nicholas. Hyperbole trash that doesn't even make sense 90% of the time and keeps crapping on about how you "sense" things. I'd rather listen to Ian Healy and that is saying something.

    Favourite player

I thought about making multiple accounts just to vote for Watto a dozen times. Shane Watson.

    ODI Cricket Team Draft

Nothing it seems. Probably a good thing too. If there is some sort of vote or sim my mediocre batting line up will be exposed.

    100% behind this.

    ODI Cricket Team Draft

Me too, but I don't really like Symonds. Plus Bevo averages probably 20ish more than Symo. Lee only averages 3 and a bit less than Marshall. To clarify, I think Lee is a very good ODI bowler. I just prefer Marshall in any game.

    ODI Cricket Team Draft

I'd rather have Malcolm Marshall running in for me any day over Brett Lee and his average is way better.

    WAG. Seriously, WAG.

    ODI Cricket Team Draft

Seeing as everybody is doing it I'd best post my players with averages and strike rates. I was trying to hide it... 1 Saeed Anwar 8824 @ 39.21 SR 80.67 2 Herschelle Gibbs 8060 @ 36.30 SR 83.32 3 Kumar Sangakkara (+) 7660 @ 35.79 SR 73.95 4 Yuvraj Singh...
