    ***Official*** Australian Domestic Season 2008/09

Klinger continuing his stellar start to the season, I really rate the bloke. I have never seen him play, but read about him once, and put him in my Australian side on Cricket 07 once. Good to see players making changes when they should going well, like O'Brien (I love him, wish he was still with...

    Pre season training

Coffs Harbour. I didn't get to do anything in that week btw, rained out after 30 overs of our innings. We resume on Saturday. Trained with juniors and seniors (grade players) today, so good. Man some of those first graders can bowl fast! And a good length ball to 15's is a half volley to them...

    For Australians...

Not sure. I made an impulse vote that I want India to win, on the back of it hurting England'ss confidence for the Ashes. Then I realised the Ashes are far to far away, but can't reverse my vote now. I don't really care, I like both teams, and usually support them both when Australia is not...

    Where Is Justin Kemp

I have never seen him play. He was supposed to be real good, an allrounder I think. Is it worth doing some research (if you call it that) and finding some videos of him?

Haddin needs to get a 50 next innings or my avatar changes.

    Do you rate Mitchell Johnson?

They are completely different bowlers. Krejza has had a better start to Test Cricket than Warne, and by no means is he going to be any better. Shaun Tait ending up a better bowler? ITSTL... Never seen him bowl a slower ball, his bouncer is good and when on target, his yorker is one of the...

    Pre season training

I am playing 4th Grade tomorrow, amazing opportunity to show my skills, make a few runs, or excell in the field, or if possible, maybe even get a wicket or two. I can't believe how far I've come, from club, to rep, to school captain and now a game of 4th Grade. Pumped.

If Haddin was injured, who would you like keeping?

Well from what I have read, Ronchi is a solid keeper, and the second best in the country. I'll vote for him, and he will be good at number 7 or thereabouts to score quick runs.

PUMA BALLISTIC 5000 or GN FUSION 2 750

You should pick them both up in a local store, and feel them before just buying them off the net. Those links don't work either.

Warne or Mcgrath the bigger loss?

Tait should never play Test match Cricket for Australia again.

If Symonds does not return to the Aussie squad...

Australia will be better in my opinion, easily with the bat, but outdone with the ball. 1. Hayden 2. Katich 3. Ponting 4. Hussey 5. Clark 6. Symonds 7. Haddin 8. Spinner - (Casson, Hauritz, Krejza, McGain or a paceman out of Noffke and Bollinger) 9. Lee 10. Johnson 11. Clark That should be our...

Yes. He said that he can't remember one, so I showed him a team from only over a week ago.

Warne or Mcgrath the bigger loss?

Whilst it's been touched on, I will say it again. McGrath was a great bowler, but had Clark, Lee, Johnson (improving) and Bollinger, Noffke, Hilfenhaus etc all to replace him. Warne has Cullen, Casson, Hauritz etc, who are all fairly dire. It's obviously to me who Australia felt most when we...

    Anil Kumble tribute thread

Well, what can I say? He is a great player, and deserves all the credit he receives. He is a excellent bowler, and has served India so well. It would have been nice to see him get a couple more wickets this series, and I think it is very non-selfish of him to retire with a game to go. He...

Unless Haddin gets a 50 next game, I've lost my bet.

    Pre season training

I had a fairly bad game yesterday, my bowling was really off-line, and I only got 1 with the bat. Once again, it was my third dismissal this season trying to flick off my legs/pads, I really need to work on that.
