    On the judgement of openers

I mean there is a difference in opening the batting in flat decks in India and opening the batting in England, Cook was a great player if he was Indian/Australian and had he played in India/Australia in flat decks 50 percentage of time he would have averaged over 50,he was the man due to which...

I think it’s hobbs,Hutton 1 and 2 .Hutton is so underrated in this web Hutton has to be better than any opener ever except hobbs.Cook was a good player too if he was Indian/Australian and had he played in India/Australia in flat decks he would have averaged over 50,he was the man due to which...

Joe Root vs Virat Kohli vs Kane Williamson in Tests

Couldn’t believe bradmans 50 innings peak adjusted strike rate was 70,bradman mayn’t have been a human ,strike rate of 70 and average of 101 at his peak. it’s nice that hobbs finished at no.2 and smith at no.3,smith may get ahead of ‘the master’ in some years, will be hard though. That was what...

Joe Root vs Virat Kohli vs Kane Williamson in Tests

I think it will be 93 odd for bradman,100 odd for peak bradman,75 odd for peak hobbs before world war 1 and 62 odd for career ,smiths peak would be 72 odd and 60 odd for career.this will most likely be top 3.Has there been any forum related judging 10 best cricket players by adjusted average,sr...

Joe Root vs Virat Kohli vs Kane Williamson in Tests

Right, hobbs ‘the master’ is still the second best batsman after bradman ,smith may change that after some years though. He was truly the master of every shots in every type of wickets.
