    Think you missed the point, the guy didn't do this just because hes a dickhead (as much as he may be one) but theres obviously some other problems there too. I'm not saying he should get off with a slap on the wrist or anything, afterall he is an adult but I think theres more benefit in helping...

    Would be a bad move in both a cricketing point of view and for the guy himself if they tore up his contract. What do they do then just throw him on the street and let him end up a grade A crim? I think the better move is indefinite suspension provide him with all the counselling etc... he needs...
