    *Official* Pakistan in England 2010

Jesus it's good to have the football season started and the cricket on at the same time. I fancy a swift Alastair Cook hat-trick to finish this off shortly though. What an absolute gargantuan beast of a man he is.

*Official* England and England A vs Pakistan & Pakistan A in the UAE

Swanneh is similar to Gosling and Kieswetter in that he'll forever have a place in my sport loving heart. What a day. So chuffed Kieswetter's in the England ODI squad as well.

Was trying to post something along the lines of "GET THE **** IN GOSLING YOU BEAUTY" but firefox was having a mare and wouldn't let me. Still, GET IN!

Heitinga must have massive pockets. He kept Rooney firmly entrenched inside one of them today.

    Craig Kieswetter qualifies for England

By the term 'keeper' I don't refer specificially to keeping. I simply mean that he's the best option to wear the gloves for England. From what i've seen of him his keeping is fine and his batting more than makes up for what little blemishes he may have with the gloves. And let's not forget he's...

    Craig Kieswetter qualifies for England

Craig Kieswetter is comfortably the best keeper in England now. But the one stumbling block he has is that he actually performs brilliantly in domestic cricket and the selectors don't seem to like that when picking the team.

Kieswetter is unreal. Please go home and never play for England again now Prior. You're not needed. We have God mk.II.

All disapointment aside, if you'd have offered me 1-1 before the series i'd have gladyly taken it. Sure it's a bit harder to take after being 1-0 up, but 1-1 in South Africa is still nothing to be sniffed at. Let's not forget this is a side who were beaten by the West Indies last year... I...

Haha, just read this gem of an email on the Beebs live text commentary; From Rob Coleridge, TMS inbox: "(Opening trumpet solo of 2001 A Space Odyssey music) - Swanny lobs a poor one down the track, and Amla hurls his bat at the ball, launching it sky high into the air. Straussy, KP, Prior et...

I'm sorry but that is absolutey disgraceful if that's the case. Strauss should do an Inzamam style sulk and lead the team off, roundhouse kicking Graeme Smith en route to the dressing room.

To be expected I suppose. Name me one South African who isn't a cheating scumbag? Exactly. All of them. Especially the eye-gouging, head stamping egg chasing lot. Dirty, dirty swines. Stephen Pienaar is obviously exempt from this lot. What a beautiful man.

What's this about him having a bad game against Spain anyway? He played solidly for 45 minutes until at the end of the half when the entire team got rinsed for the goal.

Tbh Lucas Neil will have been on sky high wages anyway and we've made a profit on him. besides, he's not even that good anymore. Moyes obviously realises that Distin and Jagielka are coming back and we don't need him anymore. I reckon Moyes has already got his replacement sorted anyway.

I've only just woken up and i'm not too fussed about the being skittled for 180 because I completely expected it, but WTF IS SIDEBOTTOM DOING IN THE TEAM?! No way should Onions have been dropped, and if you are gonna drop him replace him with Plunkett and not a complete wasteman like Sidebottom.

Is there a better sight in cricket than Graeme Smith's face when he doesn't win? Well, apart from Ricky Ponting's face when he doesn't win. Get in lads. Absolutely get in there. Amazing performance from the two mighty ginners.
