He played alright, far from man of the match though. Scored two tries with an open tryline, created by Thurston, Lockyer, and some great decoys. His kick returns were courageous, but seriously everytime he got hammered. So he never actually beat a man, something I've hardly seen him do over the...

They play soccer on Aussie Stadium and Suncorp Stadium but they bother to change the markings. Very unprofessional IMO.

    Substitute Law being Stretched?

Ryan Le Who? Never even heard of the bloke, I'd hardly call him a specialist substitute fieldsman along the lines that Pratt was used.

    Rugby League - International

I was just watching a bit of the final on Fox. Why don't they have lines across the field every ten metres? It's off-putting, as I think the referee has got them back a ridiculous 15m, but can't really tell due to a lack of markings.

I kinda agree, benefit of the doubt was stretching it. I want to know why Inglis's try was given on benefit of the doubt, no doubt in my mind he got it down alright.

Did you not ask me a question and did I not answer it? I was just confirming that Hornby was my second pick behind Inglis, as your post implied that if Hunt were injured I would pick Hornby, which is not the case.

He's my second pick behind Inglis, as I mentioned before. Will someone actually start reading what I write before they criticise my opinion? Makes you look like idiots.

Read my reply to Blewy above. I say the exact same thing as you, only that I rate him above Hodges and Hunt.

He probably spent half this season at fullback and half in the halves, but the comment I made above was about the last four seasons or so in general. He was even picked for NSW at fullback once. So the idea that he could play fullback for Australia isn't a radical suggestion by any stretch of...
