who is the most reliable batsmen in the world?

This would have been a no-contest about 5-10 years ago.

    Official NRL 2006 Thread

A combination of losing 4 competition points and some close losses really hurt the Warriors this year. I reckon they deserved to make the eight on what I saw, but they paid for their inconsistency, inexperience, and breaching of the salary cap. Tipping them to have a good 2007.

Just looked it up, no split rounds. Simply, four teams get a bye before the ANZAC Test and each Origin match.

I think there will only be four rounds with byes though. Much better than one bye every week.

    PA Rep Voting Final Round

A worthy opponent. I have to say though, I thought I'd never win an election of any sort on CW after Cameron beat me in some WCC election, still haven't taken off the black armband.

Thanks to everyone who voted for me. To those who didn't, it's not my fault if your insurance applications are lost at some stage.

Should Langer be dropped for Jaques?

I was referring to how after the Ashes last year he was completely shunned by the selectors until the Bangladesh tour, his selection on which seemed like a bit of a cop out to me. Granted he had a poor Ashes, but I think he still has something to offer. I wouldn't pick Gillespie now though, he's...

Should Langer be dropped for Jaques?

If Langer is dropped, some players have been harder done by, such as Gillespie, Katich, Kasper. I wouldn't drop Langer myself, though if he is dropped I won't see him as being "ripped off" by the selectors.

I think the experience he will bring to the team will be valuable, plus I rate him a better hooker than Gorrell and Young (I've always been a bit of a Woolford fan).

    Umpires Announced

I thought he was good when he first started out, but over the last year or so he's been pretty shokcing from what I've seen. Couple that with his stupid signals, and the result is I can't stand him.
