    This is simply not true. For instance, nobody i know plays both in Sydney Grade Cricket and in the Sydney Winter Baseball League or vice versa. UNSW and Sydney Uni both field clubs in both comps, across numerous grades, no common players. The skill sets are simply not interchangeable.
