India 196 & 161 (74.0 ov), Even with both innings, India only managing 357   I said India would struggle to get 200 and the match to finish in 4 days, exactly that happened.

Maybe you're right, but it is impressive how he has always been able to swing/seam the ball everytime I've watched him regardless of conditions etc.

S Clark is amazing, I think it wouldn't be foolish to suggest he is at least as good as McGrath in Tests

India have no chance of saving this match now. They should really drop Wasim Jaffer for next match, bring in Sehwag, that will at least show some positive intent.

All this result of Dravid's innings. And just earlier, you were defending Dravid.

It was also bad batting. That's why commentators were saying how the Indian batsmen should try to break the shackles, but they didn't. I'm the biggest fan of green pitches so don't say I don't like it when the ball dominates the bat. In today's case, India didn't show any intent( Dhoni out...

:-O I was doing exactly that when you posted this, watching this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ard8O5R_6o which whether you admit or not, is much more fun to watch than someone taking extra 6 balls and not scoring a run at all I wouldn't because I am not supporting India here:laugh:

Even Ian Chappell said it's ridiculous of Dravid willing to leave, defend every ball.

I can understand players taking some time to get used to the conditions etc, but 41 balls lol  I hope he gets out soon tho. I don't have the patience to watch someone leave, defend every ball. I have a Christmas break from school, and this is not fun at all.

I think your post is just a joke, but if that's not the case, I have one thing to say, you're just dreaming. You will wake up after another 4 days, maybe not necessarily 4, maybe just 3 more is enough:laugh: .

It only looks brilliant bowling because he missd the ball and got stumped out. So it was his mistake because he was out of his crease despite not attempting to play a big shot. If you're trying to hit a six, it makes sense to go down the track, to the pitch of the ball because that gives you the...

Kaneria (Should he be given a bit prolonged chance in the Pak ODI squad)?

I agree. I seriously thought he was as good as Kumble( maybe even better) and just behind Shane Warne during the last ENG tour of Pakistan. But my opinion has changed, I think he is the worst player to have played as many games as he has so far, worse than Afridi, Nazir, Hafeez...

    Ponting is better than Lara

I agree. I don't like all his whinging and stuff, but have to say Ponting > Lara and Tendulkar. Overrated as a captain, but underrated when people think he is not comparable to Tendulkar or Lara despite him having an average that is a lot higher.

    England's best Oneday batsmen?

Pietersen easily. And as much as I hate Trescothic, I'd have to say he's easily number 2.

Hail Sri Lanka - 2nd best test team in the world

A lot of teams are number 5, 6 one day, and then after a series or two, they're back top 2, 3, so no clear # 2nd at the moment.

Australia didn't do as bad as you think. They have 337, add another 50 runs because of the slow outfield and with one more wicket to go, it's 400 +. And most of the wickets Kumble actually got were due to bad shots. Hmm, like P Jaques, no batsman should ever get out stumped in a test match...
