Kenya have just lost 3 warm up matches to Indian state side Gujarat. There were some good signs in the 3rd match with Seren Waters making a century and Collins Obuya 93. A bit of a worry that their bowlers weren't able to defend 293 though.

I'm going with Ireland and Netherlands. Despite Kenya's recent poor form I think they might be suited to the conditions so maybe they'll spring an upset at some stage as well.

Where to now for Kenyan cricket?

Kenya win the series 4-0. Good to see them win the final match without Tikolo. Mishra (68) finally got a half century which is really good signs for Kenya.

Where to now for Kenyan cricket?

Comfortable 6 wicket win v UAE on Sunday as well. 2nd match is today. However they need to consistently defeat all the associate teams, particularly the Netherlands and Ireland.

Yeah was good to see Obanda play patiently. I read the Mishra thing on a forum, so not sure how true it is.

Comfortable 8 wicket victory for Kenya. Good 2nd wicket partnership of 143, a record for the 2nd wicket in ODI's for Kenya between Obanda and Collins Obuya. A much needed series win for Kenya.

Turns out Mishra and the Afghan keeper Shehzad had a pretty heated argument and are both suspended for 2 matches. Kenya 49/1 after 15 chasing 190 for the win.

Bizarrely enough, Kenya have dropped both Waters and Mishra for the 3rd and deciding game today. Alex Obanda and Rakep Patel, two other promising youngsters take their place.

    ***Official*** Australian Domestic Season 2010/11

What an innings from Maddinson. Really took off after the lunch break. 34 balls to go from 50 to 100. Also 100 up for Khawaja.

Gun batsman. Is the next best thing after Tikolo when in comes to Kenyan batsman. If Kenya can keep him and Seren Waters Around they may refind themselves as a top associate,

Kenya batting first in the 2nd ODI, and Tanmay Mishra returns to international cricket. A huge boost for Kenyas batting lineup.
