Just the one from Vettori wasn't it? He was blinded.

And they are both striking in the 25 range. 8-)

Ian Chappell did. In addition to that, there appears to be a whole lot of fan boys on here who proclaim him him. Thus far, from the young 'uns, he hasn't done much more than Uthappa and Karthik, and he is certainly behind Raina.

I usually never have a problem with Kallis (or Prince) scoring at there normal pace on most instances, but with the situation as it is, I hope they score a little faster.

A lot of people want that and a lot of people think that is likely to happen. In fact, a lot of people think he can 'walk' into Tendulkar's Test shoes. Likely scenario.

Wonder what Rohit can do. Not really TBH, other than two or three innings, he really hasn't done much in his career.

Only thing I can fault Southee on is that he doesn't tuck his shirt in.

Would ease into the forward pack rather easily.

And thats why I don't understnad Chappelis popularity. Last season, if Sehwag got out to a stupid shot (got to remember the context he was selected in) 'thats just the way he plays.' Either way. Southee to play lock on Saturday and Vettori to play centre, only way the Kiwis will win the cup.

I say that and Bopara gets out. Highest score from an English opener probably since Cook (or was it Bell) tonned up against India in 2007. I know both tonned in that game.

I hope he does and he doesn't. If he does, he has pencilled himself in to open for a few more games/series. Even though he retains himself in the side (I think he should), he is batting out of position.

I think he used to open with Cook in the under 19 World Cup. Not sure if it is a good career move if Bopara tons up today. We all know how attached England are to one performance.

It would be good to see Smith, MacKenzie and and Amla all go to Australia with averages above 50, 40 and 40.

Where did you hear that? I think they used to open in u/19s, or that may of been Cook and Bopara.
