Not really fair on any team members from Chennai to send them home.

    **Official** 1st Test @ Perth, 22nd-26th November

Why, when the 3rd umpire specifically requested the front on view, did the director not provide it, then suddenly it was available after the decision was overturned? Unless we got some random feed in NZ that cut out some of the footage...

    Mundane sightings of high-profile cricketers

Ben Stokes was at the races at Riccarton yesterday. He wandered past our spot a couple of times. McCullum actually had a horse at the meeting yesterday- one named Stokes!

    Mundane sightings of high-profile cricketers

BREAKING: Just landed in Christchurch and on my way to the Rideshare Pick-up Zone, as I passed through the regular drop-off/pick-up area, I saw Craig McMillan waiting to pick someone up. Thought he was waving at me but gladly I didn't respond in kind, as he was beckoning someone behind me.

Ahh, so Australian authorities should have just ignored the stats that showed a disproportionate number of international horses sent to Australia for the Cup were getting injured? Goodo.

    Mundane sightings of high-profile cricketers

I used to say gidday to Bradley Scott when he was working his part time job, filling the dairy foods section at New World Centre City in Dunedin in his early 20s.

Inspired by a conversation in the NZ Domestic thread:

    2024–25 NZ domestic season

Around that time yes. This was probably 2002...maybe 2003.

    2024–25 NZ domestic season

I have mentioned this on here before, but 20-plus years ago, I went in to play pokies at a pub in Invercargill, the day before a Volts-Canterbury game. Chris Harris was playing two pokie machines at once. Saw Willie Watson at the airport a year or two back.

*Official* New Zealand tour of India 2024

I'd like to drop Southee and O'Rourke and bring in Chapman and Macewell. D Mitchell to open the bowling with whichever spinner feels like bowling with a new cherry.
