Who is South Africa's most destructive ODI batsman

I'll go with Gibbs and AB. Tempted to go with Klaasen but ODIs are just way too batsmen-friendly now. They were closer to tests earlier, now they entering the Hong Kong Super Sixes territory.

Is Jacques Kallis the Most BoRing Cricketer in the History of Cricket?

Those spaces before commas and full stops are more offensive than the 'Players Comparisons' channel.

Do you believe slip fielding should factor in to your selection of an ATG XI that you intend to take the field

Kapil checked all the boxes in terms of fielding IMO. He had no weaknesses - excellent in some areas and good in others. He was fast and could cover a lot of ground. I had read somewhere that Kapil never dropped a catch(that might be wrong though, could've dropped on rare occasions).

    Shane Bond vs Ishant Sharma

Bumrah way ahead already. Can't compare him to Bond now.

    Shane Bond vs Ishant Sharma

Fannie de Villiers - haven't seen anyone bowl cutters like him. Exceptional. Had a short career and passes the eyes test, exactly like Bond.

Boring = no drama. Pretty sure people would've remembered him a lot differently if he was being a complete ****.

    Shane Bond vs Ishant Sharma

Huge Bond fan and that was my first reaction. Bond passes the eye test so well. If he had played 50 tests at least, I'd have been stupid enough to argue that he is one of the ATGs. But early career Ishant looked brilliant, looked unplayable for a really good patch. He then faded away for a...

Is Jacques Kallis the Most BoRing Cricketer in the History of Cricket?

Probably, but still can't let a bowler get away for so long right? Either he is good enough to strike or just bowls very defensively in which case at least scoring a few singles regularly should be an option.

Is Jacques Kallis the Most BoRing Cricketer in the History of Cricket?

Also, just how boring were the guys facing him? He has a strike rate of 104, I mean if the guy was bowling absolute darts you'd eventually find a way to score off him instead of just blocking.

*Official* Match 17# India vs Bangladesh - The Pune Clash

Kohli bowling. So that Hardik injury was worth it.

What does that even mean? You can't succeed in test cricket with just negative bowling.

Is Jacques Kallis the Most BoRing Cricketer in the History of Cricket?

He had a smooth action, just the right amount of movement and on-point accuracy. Don't know what you are talking about.

How was McGrath boring? Or you are trying to be funny or something?

Kallis didn't do any drama while batting. May be that's what people want to see :p

Player you find hardest to rate

I'd put him in the same league as Lara and Sachin. What are the arguments against it though? Apart from Ponting being an annoying ******************************************.

Player you find hardest to rate

Makhaya Ntini. Enjoyed his bowling, but if we go by plain numbers(ignoring the sample size in some cases), he was: Average in Zim, Pak, SL, Australia and NZ. Serviceable in WI and England. Pretty good in SA, India and Bangladesh.
