    there is no need to use any technology for run-out and stump. just running two properly visible frame simultaneously eliminate the benefit of doubt.

    bcoz many times it is not visible both bell's off and whether the bat is grounded in just a single frame running simultaneously both frame will make sure whether the bat is grounded when the bell's are off.
