*Official* South African tour of England and Ireland 2022

8-) Yeah, this team definitely needed to weaken their batting lineup for a second spinner on this pitch...

The best option would have been not picking Harmer at all...

*Official* South African tour of England and Ireland 2022

Totally unnecessary to pick Harmer at all. It seems like they got pressured by the media into thinking he needed a game at all. Of course picking him throws the batting order out of kilter and dictates having to bat first. This decision looks like letting England back into the series. Totally...

    Jacques Kallis vs Steve Waugh

    Except that he wasn't.

    Jacques Kallis vs Steve Waugh

Hey, I'm the one who shifted the entire topic to Kallis vs Ponting (Since Waugh isn't even a contender really).:p

    Jacques Kallis vs Steve Waugh

A classic way of comparing Kallis and Ponting is to look at how they were faring at the very end in their respective last tests. In Kallis's last test against India in Durban, it was a must win situation after the infamous 458 chase draw in Johannesburg in the previous test. Now in that chase...

    Jacques Kallis vs Steve Waugh

Lol at including Ponting with Lara and Tendulkar. classic case of judging purely based on one stat (Australian).

    Jacques Kallis vs Steve Waugh

Who says I don't? Kallis>Ponting. Funniest thing ever is a guy who somehow thinks Waugh was better than Kallis, (Because, different era, he faced much better bowlers don't you know 8-)) but also that Dravid (Who played in the same era as Kallis remember, but with a worse record across the board)...

    *Official* Women's World Cup 2022

Nothing "unlucky" about bowling a no ball as a spinner at that stage. That's just bad.

What a choke by India!

    Wasim Akram vs Allan Donald

You're not all that wrong. Wasim was very nonthreatening from 1996 onwards while Donald was tearing it up during that time.

    Wasim Akram vs Allan Donald

Donald easily and by a long way.

IYO, how much of the australian team knew of/participated in the sandpaper scandal

Come on, they all knew what was going on. The idea that any of the bowlers didn't know is just .

***Official*** India in South Africa 2021-22

The disparagement of Bavuma's captaincy and tactics looks extremely funny now. :D

***Official*** ICC Under-19 World Cup 2022

Scotland seem to be going well against Australia, even as they have lost a few recent wickets.

Will Kohli and Smith return to their former glory?

    Both will fade away.

    No it doesn't.8-)

Best team since Waugh/ Ponting’s Australia?

I saw him plenty. I especially remember him choking it away in tight situations, missing a stumping of Inzy in Karachi in 1994, dropping Lara in Bridgetown in 1999. Never as good as the Aussies fluffing him made him seem.
