    I think it's 5/10 in majority of the ODI drafts here I've participated in basically to eliminate picking the likes of Sobers/Rice etc. who have promising List A records but just not enough ODIs. A bit more restriction in picking the early ODI era players.

    It's an ODI draft. Yes you can pick any player with 5 or more ODIs. What FP and Luffy said. Your player need not necessarily be a World Cup finalist. Just that there shouldn't be two or more players in your side who played in the same WC final. So yes, Mark Boucher is an eligible pick.
