Finally lands one! Nice little googly.

This is horrendous from Borthwick so far. Where is Briggs?!

I just don't get "it" with Borthwick. Looks fairly mediocre to me. Rashid is better!

Fatboy Slim gets Fatboy Fat. Miles Bascombe looks possibly the worst International cricketer I've ever seen. He wouldn't get a gig at 95% of county 2nd XIs.

He looks a bit of a fat lad Bascombe. Probably didn't have a large shirt in the other style.

Patel's 2nd LBW was stone dead. Terrible decision. Wicket for Dernbach. Obvious there that Smith was playing for the slower ball and couldn't then react to the quicker ball. Worst way to play Dernbach.

Astonishing there is no Danny Briggs! He's been the best T20 bowler in domestic cricket for 2 years. Scott Borthwick's figures, by comparison, are abysmal.

If Somerset had Buttler walking in now, it would be over in 3 or 4 overs. Hildreth however can be tied down and prone to crazyness.

I can only see one person dragging this off-topic and trying to bait supporters of cricket! Stop spamming and return to the topic at hand please! :)

I'm not saying don't bowl Dernbach until the last 15 overs. With the new change of rules regarding the Batting and Bowling Power Play overs, there will be more "hitting" overs later on in the innings. That plays into Dernbach's hands. He has work to do on his bowling in the middle-overs, but...

I love the way on this forum that if you have a different opinion to a long-term poster you are "trolling" or "baiting" Classic gamer forumming! I disagree that a good opening overs bowler is better than a good death bowler. Is that trolling?!

I was posting on topic thanks! :) Mike Hussey will be top run scorer in this series. Dale Steyn to be the leading wicket-taker though.

Is praising Australia baiting? The emphasis of my post was based purely upon the contest between Australia and South Africa. As you well know. :) Now grow up and post on topic! Australia are my pick to win this series.

Gregory bowls about mid-80s. Good yorker at the death.

Do any teams score 100 runs in the 1st 10 overs? Do many teams score 100 runs in the last 10 overs?

I believe I was discussing the bowling skills of Australian bowler Peter Siddle, before I was horrificly attacked verbally by an Australian and a South African. :) I will accept all apologies now! :)

Can we afford to carry Anderson who can only bowl in the 1st Powerplay and is a terrible batsman? Does he not have exactly the same problem as Dernbach, just reversed? Dernbach isn't perfect. If he ripped out the top order with the new ball, then crashed into the middle-order in the...

South Africa are the only team who can beat England in England presently. But I'd be more concerned about winning in India than beating SA at home/away. Let us just hope all the big guns are fit for next Summer. Although England's depth gives them a huge advantage.

A Somerset 1st XI would be frightening in this competition. They'd probably win it, but with no Tres or Pollard and Kiesy and Jos out of half the tournament, they have very little chance.

Mainly due to a terrible decision to not give Smith out caught from the bowling of Panesar, when it smashed off his gloves during his match winning knock at Edgbaston! Otherwise it would have been 2-1 England! Not to mention that 2008 England team didn't have: Trott, Prior, Bresnan, Tremlett...
