hey champ. I was a bit worried about creating that thread, but I thought at least some people who aren't moderators could have a place to say something intelligently about it. Which pretty much happened. You did your job, infractions etc automatic I agree. But my question is, is it the best thing for the forum? And I think the thread closure was premature. I tried to phrase it in such a way as to avoid one vs the other, rather that an accumulation of petty annoyances perhaps mightn't require a pair of offsetting month bans for the benefit of the forum?

In summary, I wouldn't be the only one thinking about it, if something can be talked about reasonably in site discussion, couldn't a positive outcome be reached?

Where did I harass him? He was the one who kept repeatedly calling me names.

Well the forum doesn't exist only for the moderators. Not sure if you're aware of that or not.

Reporting posts seems to only work for some people and not others. The rules of being polite seem to only extend so far it seems.

But instead you're telling me that I can't say who was close to getting in my top four? Can you not see how ridiculous that is? I didn't say anything bad about the poster in question at all, it's yours and others fault that you chose to take that as an attack, instead it's intended to be a compliment to the other three.

If you look through my battle you'll find some people did indeed do that. Did I report? No, because I don't give a **** and it's not about me. People will vote for who they want to vote for, and will rate people as more worthy than others, if you don't want to be judged then don't put your name forward in a battle. It's not about him, fmd.
