That's how last season finished - so no. They've signed some decent players and depth is good but they did lose the best bowler in CricSim so will be interesting.
Saders are properly dire, President is an arse to boot.

You sign a contract for a season, basically the Saders cheated and got caught out. Word of warning, you'll need a thicker skin to survive on CricSim than CW lol. Moderation is far more lax and some of the stuff can get pretty intense at times. It's predominantly Australian members and some are pretty openly racist just thought I'd let you know rather than it potentially comes as a shock

Make a few posts and you'll get noticed, the Saders have approached you first as they have a few guys who will know you from CW (Athlai, Heef and Eds) but on CricSim they're pretty well disliked as a club

Have logged off CricSim to try force myself to revise lol. But yeah, don't join the Saders

Yeah, you don't really have to do anything on the simming side other than pick a playing role, join a team and post around the forum. Plus, we're currently right at the end of an epic off-season break, so you're not coming in through the middle of anything.

Nah, you're allowed multiple accounts on CricSim, as long as you don't use them to get around bans or register more than one player for the simulation. Most of the CricSim members originally came from a forum I was banned from for having 28 accounts, so it'd be a tad hypocritical for me to ban people for harmless dupes there.

He's unquestionably the best batsman by a massive margin but I have issues claiming such a one-dimensional player as the greatest when there were so many others who contributed in more than one way. In a way I'm a bit silly because even though I'd probably put Bradman in at 2, I still wouldn't put him at 1 if Imran never existed, which doesn't really make any sense.

It's why I don't really post on the matter - I don't quite understand how I think.

What's brought this on? Imran love?

I'm going to be taking out huge loans in order to go University over here, but when needs must. Trying to see it as an investment, rather than people that go to Uni to pass 4 years and get hammered I'm hoping to do the latter but also get a degree which will allow me to have a decent career at the end of it.

I don't know I'm going for sure either! Have to 'meet' my offers first and get the required grades. I'm sure you'll end up doing what you want to though

Studying abroad would be pretty great I imagine.

With me, have had offers from 3 Universities, a rejection from one and am still waiting to hear from the 5th. Exams aren't going to bad, 3 coming up in the next week and then I'm done until summer. Nervous tstl.

Yeah, it'll depend on whether Jimmeh and Tremlett can continue their form. Anderson really was awesome this year but it was only against Pakistan and Bangladesh, the series in Australia was ridiculous if he can maintain those sort of levels against your lot then I do think you're going to have a bit of a task on your hands.
Zaheer's gun too but as you've pointed out yourself, we also have Tremlett and you have Sree/Ishant (don't go hatin' on me over Sree )
I do think we're favourites at home but you've not become #1 by fluke so I'm a little apprehensive about just saying we'll win comfortably.
