    You couldn't move the NZ domestic chat in the tour thread to the domestic thread could you? Hate to be an armchair organiser but it must be irritating for the Indians and neutrals who don't care and want to read about the series.

    Haha, yeah I'm a fan for pretty much the same reasons. Also plays for the county I support though, which helps.

    Out of curiosity, what makes you biased about Nick Compton. Just liking the player or more that you're a fan of his type of selection?

    Well it's definitely not hot here. Grim, in fact. Cold is one, you know, you expect that in December. But it's dark and windy and ****.

    Gotta say I can't imagine a non-English Christmas feeling the same but then you get used to things a certain way I suppose

    Staying home all day. First time ever, getting everyone to visit us instead of us going anywhere. Means we can both have a drink in the day, and also just relax after dinner. And then when the kids go to bed, drink and cricket. Can't complain like.

    The English side sounds better but I don't eat seafood haha. Though a roast in summer is hard work, can't imagine it in an Aussie summer!!
