  • I apologise for my "arrogant" comments of a few weeks ago, I shouldn't have painted the decent guys like you, vcs etc with the same brush as the two tools.
Which is why there is always value in D/N games at Durban? :P
When's the next one of those?
I'm guessing with such a strategy you need to be prepared to lose a fair amount of the time?
Obviously there will be times where you get value on what you think is going to happen but in the example you gave me obviously Pakistan are the underdogs, so while they may lose all you need is one outsider to get up and you make your money back.
    Interesting.

Will set up the account on Friday ready to make some money on Saturday :D
Will probably go betfair then, multis will be something I steer clear of largely but was just curious as to whether the option was there.

Am going to limit myself to £10 to begin with, though when I just went on it said something about a free £25 bet so we'll see how far I can get with that haha. If I can turn it into £50 by the end of the WC final I'll be a happy guy.
Yo Jono, where would you recommend signing up to bet online? I know you mention betfair quite a bit, is that mainly for the laying option? Do betfair allow you to create accumulators etc?
Ah ideal, it's going to be my first taste of live International cricket so I can't wait.

I'd love to be able to do something similar to what you've got planned. Just book return flights and do what ever takes your fancy in between. Travelling around, I tried convincing some friends to come on a Euro trip with me, take a back pack and railcard and do as we please. They weren't keen though :(
Hopefully you'll love it over here, after all London/England did manage to win over Burgey on his visit so it's not all bad :p
I think I'm supporting Pakistan. Posted in a thread a week or so ago about how I love Afridi.

    You're a **** though obv
Been out the country six days. No internet. Six days with no Jono. Bliss.
Sounds like a pretty awesome trip! What Lord's tickets have you got? I've got some for the 4th day so if you've got some then a meet up could be on if you were keen?
Have you got somewhere in England that you'll be based? Or just moving around the country as it takes your fancy?
