Albury = AFL territory. In Albury they get Victorian television, Victorian everything. You go up to Wagga then you start getting NSW stuff.

A higher percentage of people in Melbourne follow NRL than the percentage of people who follow NRL in Albury. It's as one sided AFL as you're ever going to get. Our local footy grand final gets almost 20,000 people to it.

My Dad and brothers bag me out mercilessly for knowing something about NRL.

How I got into it? Isn't it like how most people get into it? Born into it. My family are ridiculously AFL. They're pretty much all (everyone except for one of my brothers) from Broken Hill, which although located in NSW, gets everything from SA.

I've always been a believer in Watts since I watched him in the u-18's cup a few years back and I'm still very glad we took him over NicNat (for now, anyway...). Hopefully he can justify the faith.

Yeah man, exploration drilling for a coal mining company in Mackay. I'll be relocating to Brisbane in the next couple of months with the missus, life is pretty good at the moment actually which is a welcome change haha. Maybe that's why I've cooled off on the abuse on CW haha.

Yeah I hope so. The few games I've seen this year have been very good. I basically missed most of last season as well though so I've been trying to catch up on team changes and player movements and stuff (ie. I honestly didn't realise just how good Swan and Pendles have become, wow). I'll definitely get back into it though, as I've pretty much given up on Rugby League as it's quite possibly the most stagnant sport in the world in terms of forward thinking and initiative. I'm very much enjoying the playoffs and especially baseball, they're both on at perfect times for when I work.

I only caught the first half and it was sporadic as I was at work. Watts was really good in the second half, took some good strong marks on Rutten and kicked a few goals (one was a gimmie from Jurrah though). I didn't see the second half (when we dominated) so I didn't see any of him in the ruck, I heard he was very solid though. Not that Adelaide have much oppostion in there.

tbh I've seen absolutely stuff all of us this year. Barely been able to keep up with footy now that I'm hooked on Baseball and Basketball and work most weekends. That might change with my new job though, hopefully anyway.

He was ok, he's coming along. You can tell he's a smooth mover and will be good, just hasn't been able to influence the game for long enough so far.
