  • money hasn't come out of my mate's account yet so it looks like we might not have them, not sure though :/
I know what you mean. One minute he's decidedly vague and the next he's getting straight to the point; whatever that may be. Still, a very useful signing indeed!
Nah. Not at all. I guess he was still pissed off with CCG but still wanted a team with a decent number of Poms to talk rugby to. That's the Spartans, really.
i did not notice that but am fuming that a bunch of amateurs like colts beat us
I'm planning 4-5 days to declare the 14 results. ~3 answers per day. Gives us enough time to laugh at each others' answers :)
    HMMM

NOT SURE what to make of that

if we don't get them i'll try for one of the others i guess
No word on that front - have got tix for the Bangas test though

    did you get some?
Three main factors, really - qualifications, experience and being in the right place at the right time.

I started coaching by no more than helping out with my brother's U12 team at school when I was your age, and enjoyed it. I then took a coaching course (don't bother with the level 1, go straight to level 2) over the winter of 02/03 and got involved with the coaching sessions and finally the running of my brother's teams (P8 L8).

Then, at Uni, I had the benefit of a really good club effectively on my doorstep and the chance to gain more and more experience both admin wise and coaching wise. The chance to manage a district side (East Devon) came up, which I took, and then after four awesome years at Uni I moved on to Oxfordshire. I got in touch with the County Head Coach and offered my services... volunteered for bits of club/district business, then the chance to manage a county side came along and I jumped at it.

Hi Marcuss - are you doing the Cricketer mag quiz this year? I'm keen to compare notes with someone who is. Cheers
Wow, that is heavy. It sounds interesting just to learn about, but I'd hate all of the essays and stuff. What sort of stuff is in your Biology unit 1?
Heard History is pretty horrific, though that might just be because we have a ****ty history department. I only have biology unit 1, which is on tuesday. shouldn't be too bad. do you have any?
e and ln are inverses of one another in a similar way to squaring and square rooting.

3 squared gives you 9, and the square root of 9 is 3.

    e^3 ~ 20.09, and ln(20.09) = 3.

Algebraically, you could say that ln(e^x) = x, in the same way that root(x²) = x
