  • Moving down to the ole Sydney town, more job opportunity and family down there then in Brisbane. Looking forward to it, dont mind Sydney, can be dirty and a bit rude at times but hey, it's not all bad.
Things going well, last night obviously could have been better. Bloody broad! I blame the aussie top order more though, Expecting Cowan out and Khawaja or Warner back in. These late nights are killing me!

Life wise im in the middlle of moving cities, and just waiting to hear back on a job, hopefully all goes well! With any luck I'll be back in the UK for a bit in the next 12 months, we'll have to grab that long awaited lager!
Ages since I've been up that way.

Give us a shout if you're ever in Glasgow, hopefully I'll have recovered enough to go on the piss.
lol, take the link to my FB out of your post you fool :p

Also LOL @ Hulk Hogan. best thing i've ever seen.
Dissolution, Yeah the very reason I'm on Goodreads is to keep track of what I've read, it can get a bit skewed at my age, particularly if you read a lot, and similar type books.

I only noticed my mistake because I was looking on the website through old books and ones I wanted to read for White Jazz, because I couldn't remember if I'd read it.

Of course I had, it's the last book of the LA Quartet, the best set of crime books ever, my mind is mush nowadays.
Oh actually haven't read Dominion in actuality, got mixed-up, as you probably realised is on my to-read list at Goodreads. Confusing stuff books.
Yeah, doesn't balk at the ambiguous endings either, sure if he wasn't in the Crime fiction" genre, he'd be more respected.

Steven Saylor does a similar thing for Rome with the Roma Sub Rosa novels.
yep, read all of the Shardlake books, much better than Gregory or Mantel at painting the characters, and you get a mystery too.
Yeah, absolutely peachy (other than one of my parrots being a bit poorly). Just got bored of wasting my time explaining simple things to mildly ******** halfwits whilst nothing else was happening. The amount of stuff I've got done since banning myself has demonstrated to me how much I was wasting. I'll probably head back once I've actually taken the advice of the Why Don't You kids and got out there and done something less boring instead.

On an unrelated matter, I'm Listening to Oasis atm, by the way. A run down of The Masterplan album.
**** me, i thought you were dull on here, but your twitter-feed takes mediocrity to a different level, kudos....
