  • Let's just say I wouldn't be surprised.

If you pass on your email I'll save it and delete the post. If it doesn't come to a ban, no harm done I guess
If a poster was banned, would it be permitted for them to send in tips via email? Just in theory.
Just FYI in case you don't view that thread again - the post (Julian Clary) has been undeleted. I do know who it is :p.
Can't help but notice you've listened to more early Beatles than when we last ran BOTBS
I think I should get some loyalty bonus points in the tipping comp as my reward for never missing a tip. Maybe about three or something.
I just read that Sons of the Stage is a cover which shows how much I know. Still a cracking tune mind and I really do think it sounds like late-oasis lol.
Ha, didn't mind the first myself but it was a throwaway early Beatles rip.

Check out 'The Roller' and especially 'Sons of the Stage' if you can get them on youtube or whatever. Think you'll be surprised, especially the latter. Got a nice late-oasis vibe (I believe you were quite fond of the final pair of albums) but sounds a bit fresh too, IMO anyway.

Let me know your thoughts if you do get round to checking them out.
Oh yeah mate, I'm certain as well. But from the mods POV it's understandable I suppose.
Yeah, I thought that as soon as I had left you the message.

I have mentioned all to Cribbage but there is no proof, and where there's no proof there's no, er, pudding, I guess
Precam suspicions, out of interest? Will delete when I've read if you want.

    My current suspicions are:

    kingjulian
    Blaze 18
Avada Kedavra (been a suspicion for a long time)

And when Sir Alex's ban is up (pretty soon I believe) then there will be one more.
Yeah, I prefer the 65-67 stuff but that album is gold. It is Lennon heavy but And I Love Her is probably my favourite.

Incidentally I love most of the Lennon-McCartney originals on the other early albums, some of the covers are a bit dodgy though
Hey mate. Random question for you. I remember you saying you bought the A Hard Day's Night album on recommendation of CW, having previously not owned any pre-Help stuff. What do you think of it?
