He took 37 dismissals off Grimmett in these. 28 were stumpings, out of his 52 overall.

Other stumping leaders off single bowlers…

Gilchrist 20 off Warne in 70 matches
Jayawardene 15 off Muralitharan in 30 matches
Sangakkara 15 off Muralitharan in 43 matches
Akmal 15 off Kaneria in 43 matches
Healy 15 off Warne in 74 matches

In other words Oldfield took more stumpings off one bowler than any current keeper has taken in their career.

Ponsford 110, 27 and 266, 22
Cook 60, 104* and 71, 147
Chappell 108 and 182
Duff 32, 104 and 146
Azharuddin 110 and 9, 102

In Duff’s case, they were his only two centuries.

There’s not an actual page on the 5’fer equivalent. Though there is for 10’fers

Grimmett 5/45, 5/37 and 7/100, 6/73
Richardson 5/49, 5/107 and 8/94, 2/110

Off the top of my head I knew Barnes took 5’fers in his first and last

Barnes 5/65, 1/74 and 7/56, 7/88

I’m sure there are a few others (especially from the 19th century)

Grimmett’s feat of 4 5’fers across his first and last matches is utterly unique and incredible.

Ponsford even went one better (or two better) by scoring centuries in both his first two and last two Tests.

Andy Ganteaume and Rodney Redmond also undeniably scored 100s in their first and last Tests.

(On Statsguru you can set the filters so only a player's first and last Tests are included. This can give strange results for people who only played one Test - e.g. it says that Charles Marriott (who took 5-37 and 6-59 in his only Test) had 4 5-fers, but only 1 10-fer.)

Getting back to people who played more than 1 Test: Jack Ferris and "Ranji" Hordern each took a 5-fer in their first Test and two in their last;
George Bissett, Fidel Edwards, Mark Gillespie, David Larter, Bill Lockwood, Mohammad Nissar, Bobby Peel, Reg Perks and Jack Saunders took one in each.
