How would you rank the "second tier" of modern Test bowlers?

How would you rank them?

You can feel free to exclude Ashwin in your thought process here, but I think he belongs. Has a very competitive average given he's a spinner, and the highest wicket total by far of this group, with WPI also being very high. He's not as easy to push aside as Philander the GOAT, is what I'm getting at.

Understandable. I'd personally put Warne in this group too, but I know most people will say he simply doesn't belong this low.

This would be my actual second tier. Obviously closely followed by Philander, Trueman, and Lillee in that exact order. (Okay, I'm trolling a bit here as it's hard to compare the GOAT with those old-timers who obviously aren't at his level).
