One question, if I release any player, suppose I release my AR, can my ANY (who is an AR) be shifted there, and I can pick someone new in the ANY category? Or do I release the AR and pick another AR only?

Yes, atleast that's what happened last year.

That's right, a player will be shifted automatically to allow for maximum flexibility
