Is there a way to ignore a subforum?

I browse by new posts and this method of browsing has been completely ruined by the sheer volume of threads and posts in the playercomparison subbie. I end up missing a lot of other threads pushed to page 2 hell.

I blocked a couple of the main thread starters but there are more and I don’t really want to ignore everything they say in other parts of the forum.

Today there was a thread about Maurice Tate vs Ted Dexter. OP is “The better cricketer?”. I mean sorry but who gives a ****.

I'm a member of another forum that uses ZenForo and they block posts from a few of their subforums from appearing on the "What's New" page -- so it is absolutely possible as a global option.

Could we do that here too, please.

You can be banned from a subforum which would achieve what you want in a way, but you can't ignore one.
