80s WI exchanging Haynes/Greenidge for Sobers (with an average bat)? Yup. Easy. Bowling. Without bowling, it's tricky. Probably not. You get better quality bats, but replacing 2 openers will be a challenge.

90s England exchanging Thorpe for Swann? Yup. Their spin was pure trash.
