Which team would win

At this very least, score well. Warne could get him out occasionally but he will end up being productive due to aggressive scoremaking, like KP.

They are overestimating Warne.
As i said in previous post viv would eventually find out warne so would warne find ways to bowl at viv. Both are freaks and anyway only place warne would have edge over viv is in Kolkata

Yeah but Warne averages 26 in Australia over his career and outside his early career phase 93 to 97 he wasn't worldclass there. That's the honest truth.
Your definition of World Class is almost as infuriating as your ratings of Ashwin, or Kallis, or Lara, or Ambrose......

Yk that's a shitty logic..... Viv is one of the most talented players of pace. He played no notable spinners in the 80s.
But he did play chandra/ bedi/ prasanna well in 74 and 76. Its not viv fault that there weren't quality spinners in 80s. Its like saying sachin wont be able to play windes pace attack well because he didn't debut during their time

He did well against much worse spinners so he'd destroy Shane Warne. We all know that bro.
No because he was one of the five best bats ever and never had issues with spinners while combatting quite a few good ones, and he is facing Warne who has had plenty of worse bats do well against him so it's not some insurmountable task.

In 74 Viv had one big innings and Chandra missed that match. It was a very good series. 76 is Great, hands down. But none of them is comparable to Warne, not only in quality, you can argue they had difference equivalent to Marshall and Hall; but much more so in style. 3 finger spinners and a leg spinner who bowled really fast full of googlies and flippers. As a matter of fact, Chandra got Viv 4 out of 8 innings they played, and Viv have said he was the bowler he found most difficult to play.

Dude only batters to consistently dominate warne were tendulkar and lara To some extent laxman. guys like sidhu and malik did in one series not considerable time

You know Gooch dominated Marshall. Now imagine what Sachin and Dravid will do to him. And Ambrose averages 38 vs India at home, Gavaskar will have him for breakfast in an Indian pitch (I can keep going.....)

They were worse bats, but we're they worse at playing spin?
