Pretty sure Kallis is the most consistent batsman of all time.

Show us standard deviation. Chris Martin might be the most consistent batsman.

Although I think sachin is better than his peers but According to Highest average after x innings, howstats list, sachin was never in the list of highest average after x innings till the likes of Ponting, Kallis, sangakkara were playing, his name comes only after their retirement, this shows sachin was never that consistent as the other 3.

Sachin was a teenage prodigy and good enough to get into the national side as a 16 year old which the others were not. He is easily the greatest teenage batsman of all time but still that period brings him down in stats like these.
For example, Steve Smith debuts when he is 21. Plays 5 tests in the next year and then gets dropped.
He earns a consistent spot in the team when he is 24. Imagine if he was just a bit better in that period, he wouldn't get dropped but his stats would have suffered. And that's when he was 21-24 not even 16 like Sachin.
Hence Sachin deserves massive credit for his teenage exploits, although it hurts his overall stats.
Look at the corresponding numbers from when he's 20 (still younger than most). I'm sure one would find different results.
