Which team would win

capt_Luffy

International Coach
Yeah but I can see him playing these guys well in England or in West Indies or on a slow Indian pitch, I can't generally see Hayden play Marshall well anywhere bar a 2000s Australian road.
Hayden will do Great in Australia and India and probably WI as well given the pitch is flat

Johan

International Captain
Trumper
Simpson
Smith
Chappell
Border*
Waugh
Gilchrist+
Lindwall
Warne
Lillee
McGrath
I'd go with

Worrell (C)
Greenidge
Headley
Viv
Lara
Sobers
Walcott (WK)
Marshall
Ambrose
Garner
Holding

I'd favour this team in England/South Africa/West Indies while giving Australia the edge in Australia/India.

Yeah that's fair. Then you add Bradman ......

I conceded Bradman amp Australia wins everywhere, tho I'm not really sure about India, maybe Warne would win them on a current Indian style pitch but on a 2000s India pitch...
If it's a tour, I believe they take a squad. Warne-O'Reilly in any Indian pitch KO

I don't generally think about squads, tho yeah, if it's Warne or O Reilly on an Indian fast turner, that's GG, but if it's just Warne, such a GOATed lineup against spin combined with my personal belief that Marshall and Holding would be more penetrative than Lillee and McGrath on an Indian pitch

Fair though I think Warne will click really.

Fast bowlers win test matches. Most of those pitches favor fast bowling.

Most of the WI batting has had success vs those bowlers, besides Waugh and Chappell, none has had success vs this level of bowling attack. And Chappell was spotty at best.

Warne struggled vs quality batsmen and would be the weak link in this bowling attack which also lacks depth. Miller as your 3rd bowler with no real option as a 5th is a big gamble.

Bradman never faced pitches like those, far less bowlers.

So for the persons sat 3 - 1 Australia, I don't remotely see it.

West Indies 3 - 2 or 2 - 2 with a draw.
