Will surpass≠has surpassed.Brook will surpass Sehwag, believe it, plus can't complain about roads when comparing with Sehwag etc
Brook wil be atg batsmen of this decade. Only concern is can he play spin on sub Continental pitches which are not roadsBrook will surpass Sehwag, believe it, plus can't complain about roads when comparing with Sehwag etc
Root and smith were experts on playing spinBrook wil be atg batsmen of this decade. Only concern is can he play spin on sub Continental pitches which are not roads
Brook should surpass Sehwag, but don't think it's reasonable to think he already hasBrook will surpass Sehwag, believe it, plus can't complain about roads when comparing with Sehwag etc
I’d say my concern is can he play in Australia, like Root, or against Australia, like Anderson.Brook wil be atg batsmen of this decade. Only concern is can he play spin on sub Continental pitches which are not roads
Imo he will be okay in Australia. He has strong backfoot game and plays aggressive cricket which is key to success in aus but again this is just my presumptionI’d say my concern is can he play in Australia, like Root, or against Australia, like Anderson.
Are you a Brook fanboy?we'll see how it goes

He’s very talented. I think he could potentially become Englands first ATG since Botham that is actually feared by Australians.I’d say my concern is can he play in Australia, like Root, or against Australia, like Anderson.
What does Root have to do to be an ATG?He’s very talented. I think he could potentially become Englands first ATG since Botham that is actually feared by Australians.
feared by Australians is doing the heavy lifting in his post, so I guess a big series down under, he already did take two Ashes away from them in England. What does Root have to do to be an ATG?
Depends on how high your bar is, personally you could probably already consider him oneWhat does Root have to do to be an ATG?
Don't personally think that it's certain that Brook will surpass Root. So if Root isn't an ATG, don't think Brook will be one either.Depends on how high your bar is, personally you could probably already consider him one
Exactly. If Root isn't an ATG, so isn't Dravid.13,000 @ 51 with 36 tons while batting in a bowler friendly era with a trash top four is definitely ATG, I won't put him behind the 2000s brigade (Punter, Jack, Rahul and Sanga).
Yeah he definitely belongs in that 4. Exactly where amongst them is the question13,000 @ 51 with 36 tons while batting in a bowler friendly era with a trash top four is definitely ATG, I won't put him behind the 2000s brigade (Punter, Jack, Rahul and Sanga).
Is Younis Khan or Rahul Dravid an ATG?Yea not ridiculous to consider him an ATG or an ATVG. Just depends how strict your definition is.
