Chapman and Jacobs built a good platform. Jacobs smashed the cover off one a short while ago, immense power.

Also. The high elbow, by the 10 year old girl playing lounge cricket in the Dulux add, is super impressive.

Mitchell back today. I know Wellington are generally good at the bosh stuff but putting them up against a New Zealand A side back-to-back is a bit mean.

You could have the Republic of Canterbury take on the Aussies in a test at the moment and I think the bowling attack would have them in all sorts of trouble on Aussie tracks.
Henry / Jamieson / O'Rourke and add Shipley in for some more 'look at all that height' wow factor.

Or Foulkes for a bit of disconcerting bounce

I can't believe I ate the whole thing
Loving all the stars being back. Latham stumped Blundell bowled Bracewell is the kind of thing you love to see on a domestic scorecard.

Can't help but feel Otago won't make the finals now after their superb start to the tournament. Edit: they should, I'm an idiot who forgot how the finals systems work

Hes had a superb season all round, wouldn't mind if he got a look in the blackcaps side even though he's not the right age (unless you happen to be the coa- oh wait)
As a leggie I'd definitely still take Sodhi and Ashok before Younghusband – not least because he's almost 35 – but come to think of it he could be a very outside chance for the backup spin slot on the Zimbabwe tour. Given that he was born in Harare, is a handy FC bat, and a terrific fielder.

Pomare teed off pretty well to set ND on their way, he can hit a big ball. Katene just in cruise mode anchoring things.

Just saw the scorecard and see he batted at 3. Usually comes in much lower from memory. Good to see another promising young keeper get some runs.
